METHOD
Simply roll your mince into small balls (choose any size that suits you), then roll the meat balls in Funkymamalina's Bush Tomato + Almond Dukkah. Heat a fry pan and add a small amount of rice bran oil, pan fry the meat balls until golden brown on a medium heat (this will stop them burning before they cook), remove from pan and serve... Perfect for BBQ’s too!
