Funky Salt Fish Fillets

METHOD

Simply sprinkle Funkymamalina's Funky Salt Seasoning on both sides of the fish fillets, lightly pan fry on medium to high heat with a small amount of rice bran oil. Cook one side then turn the fillets over, once cooked remove from the heat and serve. Alternatively bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
